Vampire’s Ethnicity:
A black French man, born in Paris.
His name is Adrien Bordeaux.
He has acquired heterochromia iridium from the trauma he suffered before and is gay
but cannot feed on men.
Justification:
The name Adrien is a popular French male name and Bordeaux is the French
word for maroon, a dark red that in certain shades could be reminiscent of blood.
His ethnicity is loosely inspired by the comic book character Blade, a black half-breed
vampire hunter. At one point in the comics, he tracks the Marvel version of Dracula to

Vampire’s Abilities:

These abilities were from the main antagonist in the Castlevania series, Dracula, as well as vampires from Hellsing. These abilities allow the vampire to hunt for humans to feed on as well as escape easily. Vampires are described to be 20 times stronger when resurrected and can regenerate/heal themselves. However, these abilities can be diminished if the vampire gets hungry.

Justification:
Even though stepping into the sunlight wouldn’t instantly kill him, being in the sun for a long period of time will cause his skin to burn.
By drinking “dead blood”, he can effectively take his victim’s death into himself.
Drinking the blood of victims with blood diseases will weaken them.
Vampires pretend weak and innocent so they can get formally invited into the house by the owner.
Cutting off a vampire’s head prevents them from resurrecting and healing.

Vampire’s Reproduction:
Can turn people into vampires with a bite.
Can not conceive a child because they physically can’t have sex. They can only turn other humans into vampires.
Finds it hard to be gay and not feed on males. Instead, he can only turn females into vampires if he wanted to.
Justification:
The Vampire King from Adventure Time was able to turn humans and animals into vampires by biting them.
The hearts of vampires do not beat, meaning he has no pump to pump the blood to get an erection.

Vampire’s Camouflage:
Can instantly transform into a versatile bat, mostly used during the night.
Able to turn into a mist or a fog.
Can take on the voice and form of another person.
The vampire’s shapeshifting ability allows him to feed without showing a “game face”,
an appearance often shown on bloodthirsty vampires.
Justification:
Vampire Bats, which were named due to the popularized “vampires”, is known to suck blood from their prey. They usually hunt at night where vision is not ideal. This ability to shapeshift into bats helps the vampire camouflage and hunt better at night. Count Dracula inhibits many of these abilities and he is well known for shapeshifting into a bat.
Being able to turn into a fog and mist allows him to dodge attacks. Being able to hide his “game face” helps Adrien blend into society and makes it easier for him to attract his prey.

Most stores are in French, most workers speak French, most people speak some form of French. It would be the perfect place to feel comfortable after fleeing from home.
